We are located at 218 Fairbanks Rd. (Rt. 27), Farmington, Maine, across from Edgewood Manor. If you are coming from downtown Farmington, you will travel .7 miles north and our office is on the left. We are co-located with SeniorsPlus. If you are coming from the north, our offices are approximately 1 mile from the intersection of Rt. 4 and 27 on the right, just before downtown Farmington.
