SeniorsPlus provides general information and referral on resources for older people and provides services in the variety of areas including: Outreach and Assistance with applications (such as Tax and Rent refunds; low cost drug cards); Health Insurance Counseling; Nutrition Programs-Dining sites and "Meals on Wheels"; Transportation/Grocery Shopping; Alzheimer's Respite Program; Family Caregiver Support Program; Group Social and Educational Activities; Links to Legal Counseling; and Service Assessment and Coordination.
Mission
The mission of SeniorsPlus is to enrich the lives of seniors. SeniorsPlus believes in maintaining the independence, dignity and quality of life of older adults. SeniorsPlus will work consistently to remove barriers and strive to provide services in a reliable and coordinated manner.
