Literacy Volunteers of Franklin & Somerset Counties

Literacy Volunteers of Franklin & Somerset Counties offers an 18 hour workshop to train tutors to help those who need to improve their reading skills. This done on a on-to-one basis, is confidential and free of charge. We tutor both adults and children, and work closely with the Adult Basic Education programs in both counties. Literacy Volunteers train older children to work with younger students in the schools and family literacy programs.
