1999 Leadership Circle The Leadership Circle is a special program designed to recognize a group of people who have accepted a higher level of community participation and have a desire to be deeply involved in the betterment of our social society.
The United Way of the Tri-Valley Area has established the Leadership Circle for community leaders who serve as partners in building an effective system of health and human services vital to strengthening of the Franklin County, Livermore and Livermore Falls Communities.
