SeniorsPlus provides general information and referral on resources for older people and provides services in the variety of areas including:  Outreach and Assistance with applications (such as Tax and Rent refunds; low cost drug cards); Health Insurance Counseling; Nutrition Programs-Dining sites and "Meals on Wheels"; Transportation/Grocery Shopping; Alzheimer's Respite Program; Family Caregiver Support Program; Group Social and Educational Activities; Links to Legal Counseling; and Service Assessment and Coordination.
