Pathway Partners of Maine School Administrative District #58 in the western mountains of Maine provides programs for youth in partnership with Maine's Promise and America's Promise. Pathway Partners Program is about raising the aspirations, skills, and attitudes of young people to create a brighter future for our communities and economy. Pathway Partners provides quaility youth mentoring programs to the schools and communities of Western Maine.

We aim to focus our resources of partners in education, government, business, and the community to provide a seamless transition from school life to successful career/life pathway for every student.
