United Way funds the SEARCH (Seek Elderly Alone, Renew Courage & Hope) program in Greater Franklin County enabling vulnerable seniors age 60+ to remain independent in their homes and create a long-term support system to meet their needs.

Literacy Volunteers serving Franklin & Somerset Counties
Funding supports one-to-one tutoring and many programs including "Bring Books to Life Program" which provides free, brand new children's books and a volunteer tutor to coach and support the reading of the books. Program is in collaboration with Head Start.

Community Rides Program which allows WMTS to provide public transportation in Greater Franklin County to those who otherwise would not be able to access medical and other critical services.
